Hey, I hope everyone is staying healthy and doing well.
I wanted to put together a motivating post this week because I know that a lot of us are feeling some anxiety surrounding covid-19 and the nature of self-isolation. So here are a few of my best tips to stay organized and on top of things during such an unpredictable and extraordinary time:
KEEP AN AGENDA
Trying to maintain your regular routine while at home will help you get things done and minimize procrastination. Keeping up with my agenda is pretty much the only thing keeping me sane right now!
Make a monster to-do list for the week, as well as mini to-do lists for every day. That way, if you have a lot you should be doing in quarantine, you won’t get overwhelmed and you’ll hopefully get everything done that you need to get done.
DON’T PACK YOUR DAYS
At a time like this, it’s important to take your days slow and not to expect too much from yourself.
SCHEDULE IN TIME FOR SELF-CARE, CHORES, NETFLIX, OR A NEW HOBBY
After all, this is the only thing we can do to break up our days when we are stuck at home all day. Activities like these will help you stay productive and on task when it comes to working on those more important things.
SCHEDULE IN TIME TO SCHEDULE
On my to-do list every Sunday, I schedule a time to write out my daily schedule for the rest of the week and it is key in keeping me organized.
I hope those few tips can help you out!
